AutoCAD (Civil 3D) Dialog boxes of commands don’t appear?

Sometimes dialog boxes of commands on AutoCAD (Civil 3D) don’t appear. The CMDDIA system variable controls this. By changing this system variable to ‘1′, you can easily make them appear.
